Vanguard Will Include China 'A-Shares' in Emerging Markets ETF

Vanguard Group’s $69 billion emerging-market index fund will add shares from China’s red hot mainland stock market, the first steps in a process that will markedly increase China’s representation in the popular index funds in the years ahead.
