Dutch Speed-Traders Targets U.S. ETF Market

Dutch high-speed trading firm Flow Traders is expanding its arbitrage strategy to off-exchange trading of U.S. ETFs, throwing down the gauntlet to major market makers and trading giants such as Citadel, Bloomberg reports.
