Hancock, Columbia Nab New Leaders for Smart-Beta ETFs

John Hancock and Columbia Threadneedle are hoping that the crop of ETF veterans each has hired will kick-start sales and further product development efforts as they compete against other large active mutual fund shops for smart-beta assets.
