First Asset ETFs Provides Update on Advisor Class Units

Further to its announcement on April 3, 2017 relating to the elimination of the advisor class units of its exchange trade funds ("ETFs") (see the table below), First Asset Investment Management Inc., the manager of the ETFs ("First Asset"), announces that the conversion of the advisor class units will occur on or about Friday, July 14, 2017 (the "Conversion Date").
