Global X Funds' MLP ETF (MLPA) Crosses $500 Million Mark at 5-Year Anniversary

On April 18, 2017, Global X Funds, the New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), celebrated the five-year anniversary of the launch the Global X MLP ETF (NYSE: MLPA), which coincided with the fund having recently surpassed $500 million in assets. The fund was launched on April 18, 2012, and it carries a management fee (0.45%) that is more than 40% less than the industry's average management fee for MLP Exchange Traded Products (0.78%).
