TD Asset Management Inc. Announces Changes to the TD Exchange-Traded Funds

 TD Asset Management Inc. ("TDAM"), the manager of the TD Exchange-Traded Funds (individually a "TD ETF", and collectively, the "TD ETFs"), today announced changes to the underlying indices of, and certain other changes to, the TD ETFs. All of the changes described below will be effective on or about November 20, 2018. TDAM will provide at least 30 days' prior written notice regarding the applicable changes, to unitholders of record as of September 28th, 2018 of each TD ETF.
