New bond ETF from SPDR on Xetra: high-yield corporate bonds with sustainability filter
A new exchange-traded fund issued by State Street Global Advisors has been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt since Friday.
The SPDR Bloomberg SASB U.S. High Yield Corporate ESG EUR Hdg UCITS ETF (Acc) offers investors access to fixed-income, US dollar-denominated high-yield corporate bonds with a rating below investment grade.
The corporate bonds are issued by issuers with a good environmental, social and governance rating. On the other hand, companies involved in controversial activities are excluded.
Currency risks against the US dollar are minimised.
