New ETF from Global X on Xetra: access to the commodities sector for disruptive technologies

Since Friday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by Global X is tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.

The Global X Disruptive Material UCITS ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of companies active in the exploration, mining, production and refining of disruptive materials. These include commodities such as cobalt, copper, graphene and graphite, lithium, palladium, rare earths, and zinc.

These materials are relevant for the development and implementation of disruptive technologies. These are technologies that are used to develop and implement long-term, structural changes in existing products, services, industries, or sectors.

The product offering in Deutsche Börse's XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,934 ETFs. With this selection and an average monthly trading volume of around €19 billion, Xetra is the leading trading venue for ETFs in Europe.
