New bond ETFs from Xtrackers on Xetra: Inflation-linked US government bonds, green bonds and sustainable eurozone government bonds

Three new exchange-traded funds issued by Xtrackers have been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt since Thursday.

The Xtrackers II TIPS US-Inflation-Linked Bond UCITS ETF aims to track the performance of inflation-linked bonds issued by the US government. Only bonds with a minimum remaining maturity of one year and an investment grade rating are considered. In addition, they must have a minimum outstanding amount of US$2 billion.

The Xtrackers II Eurozone Government Green Bond UCITS ETF focuses on green bonds issued by Eurozone governments and denominated in Euro. Green bonds are issued to finance environmentally and climate friendly projects.

The Xtrackers II Eurozone Government Bond ESG Tilted UCITS ETF gives investors access to the performance of Euro denominated government bonds. Countries with a better ESG risk profile are weighted more heavily. In addition, debt instruments of countries whose country risk is assessed as "severe" by the ESG rating agency Sustainalytics are excluded. The total weighting of a country is limited to 35 per cent.
