New themed ETF from iShares on Xetra: access to companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors
A new Exchange Traded Fund issued by iShares has been tradable on Xetra and via the trading venue Börse Frankfurt since Wednesday.
The iShares Blockchain Technology UCITS ETF offers investors exposure to global companies operating in the blockchain ecosystem. The focus is on companies whose core business is the research, implementation, development, and deployment of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies and applications. Also considered are manufacturers of graphics processors necessary for the validation (mining) of blocks on the blockchain network.
