New bond ETFs from Invesco on Xetra: access to global fixed-income high-yield bonds from developed and emerging markets
Two new exchange-traded funds issued by Invesco have been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt since Thursday.
With the Invesco Global High Yield Corporate Bond ESG UCITS ETF, investors can participate in the performance of global fixed-income high-yield bonds issued by companies from industrialised and emerging markets. The bonds are issued by industrial and utility companies as well as financial institutions and must be denominated in the currencies U.S. Dollar, Euro, and Pound Sterling. The remaining term to maturity must be longer than one year.
In addition, issuers must have an ESG rating of better than BB and must not be active in any controversial business sector. Issuers with a solid ESG profile will be weighted more heavily.
The income allocation is either distributing or accumulating.
