New Active ETF from AXA on Xetra: actively managed portfolio of USD corporate bonds in line with the Paris Climate Agreement

Since Tuesday, a new Active Exchange Traded Fund has been tradable on Xetra and via the trading venue Börse Frankfurt.

The AXA IM USD Credit PAB UCITS ETF is actively managed and offers investors access to a portfolio of predominantly fixed and floating rate US corporate bonds with investment grade ratings issued in US dollars. The investment manager selects bonds based on sector and security strategies, combining top-down and bottom-up analysis to determine the portfolio's sector weightings.

The fund aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 50 per cent compared to its benchmark while achieving an annualised CO2 reduction rate of at least 7 per cent by the end of 2050. Issuers that do not fulfil certain ESG or climate-related requirements are excluded from the investment.

Investors can trade the active ETF flexibly using the same ISIN in the desired currency, euro or US dollar. The trading currency can be selected using an individually assigned stock exchange code.
