New bond ETFs from BNP Paribas on Xetra: access to long-term government bonds from the eurozone
Two new exchange-traded funds from BNP Paribas Easy are tradable via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The BNP Paribas Easy J.P. Morgan ESG EMU Government Bond IG 10+ Year ETF offers a diversified investment in a portfolio of fixed-rate, euro-denominated domestic government bonds with investment grade rating issued by eurozone countries with a minimum outstanding debt of €80 bn. Bonds must have a nominal value of at least US$ 1 bn and a remaining maturity of more than ten years. In addition, ESG criteria are applied for the selection.
Currently, the portfolio includes government bonds from Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and The Netherlands. This ETF is available in both accumulating and distributing share classes.
