New on Xetra: Fixed Income ETF from HSBC with access to government bonds of the European Monetary Union
A new exchange-traded fund issued by HSBC Global Funds has been tradable on Xetra since Thursday.
The HSBC Euro Lower Carbon Government 1-3 Year Bond UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the Bloomberg Euro Government 1-3 Year Lower Carbon Tilted Index. The fund invests in investment grade fixed-rate government bonds issued by member states of the European Monetary Union with a maturity of one to three years.
The index aims to reduce carbon emissions and improve the MSCI ESG rating compared to the Bloomberg Euro Aggregate 1-3 Year Treasury Bond Index. Countries with a lower per capita CO2 score are overweighted.
