New Active ETFs from J.P. Morgan on Xetra: Investment in companies worldwide in combination with overlay strategy
Since Thursday, two new active exchange-traded funds issued by J.P. Morgan Asset Management have been tradable on Xetra and via the trading venue Börse Frankfurt.
The JPM Global Equity Premium Income UCITS ETF allows investors to invest in an actively managed global equity portfolio. The fund is based on the MSCI World Index. In doing so, the investment management may overweight stocks that it considers to be the most undervalued and underweight stocks that it considers to be the most overvalued.
In addition, the investment management seeks to generate additional income by systematically selling call options on stocks and equity indices as part of an overlay strategy.
The ETF can be purchased as an accumulating or distributing share class.
