ETFGI reports there were 34 new product launches and 6 product closures last week in the global ETFs industry

LONDON —August 5, 2024 — ETFGI, a prominent independent research and consultancy firm specializing in providing subscription research on trends in the global ETFs industry, reports there were 34 new product launches and 6 product closures last week in the global ETFs industry, resulting in a net increase of 28 new products.

Over the past week, there have been 34 new product launches: 18 in the US, 9 in Europe, and 7 in the Asia Pacific (excluding Japan). In terms of closures, the US saw 2 closures, while the Asia Pacific (excluding Japan) experienced 4 closures.

The new products include 23 Active, 9 Equity, 1 Fixed Income, and 1 Crypto Asset classifications.
