New on Xetra: fixed income ETFs from Vanguard with access to short-term euro corporate and government bonds
Since Thursday, four new exchange-traded funds issued by Vanguard have been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.
The Vanguard EUR Eurozone Government 1-3 Year Bond UCITS ETF provides investors with access to a portfolio of fixed-income, euro-denominated government bonds issued by EU member state governments. The bonds have an outstanding nominal value of at least €300 million, a maturity between one and three years and usually an investment grade rating.
The Vanguard EUR Corporate 1-3 Year UCITS ETF invests in euro-denominated fixed income corporate bonds with an outstanding nominal value of at least €500 million. The bonds have maturities of between one year and three years and are generally investment grade rated.
Both funds are available in the accumulating and distributing share classes.
