✅ Portfolio construction

Passive structure only

Average net exposure of at least 80% of NAV to a single eligible crypto asset over the accounting year

✅ Listing requirement

Crypto ETFs must be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

✅ Custody

Assets must be held through SEC-supervised digital-asset custody arrangements.

✅ Investor protection

Product characteristics and risks must be disclosed and acknowledged before investment.

✅ Financing restrictions

Securities firms may not provide margin loans for purchases of crypto ETFs.

✅ Domestic fund access
